Whether you have one sprinkler head causing trouble or an entire system that just isn’t watering correctly, SmartScapes specializes in irrigation.

Sprinkler Repair

Broken heads, leaking fittings, damaged lines, bad valves, pressure problems and other irrigation issues can waste water and leave areas of your yard struggling.

I’ll diagnose the actual problem and recommend the repair that makes sense.

System Optimization

Sometimes a sprinkler system technically works but still doesn’t work well.

Poor coverage, mismatched nozzles, low heads, bad spacing and incorrect pressure can all create dry spots or overwatered areas.

I can evaluate your system and make recommendations to improve how it performs.

Controller Programming

A good sprinkler system can still waste a lot of water if the controller isn’t programmed correctly.

I can help set up your controller based on:

• Sprinkler and nozzle type

• Sun and shade

• Zone conditions

• Seasonal watering needs

• Appropriate run times

• Multiple start times when needed

Water Efficiency

Don’t water more. Water smarter.

The goal isn’t simply to run your sprinklers longer.

Better coverage, proper nozzles, correct pressure and smarter controller programming can often improve your lawn while reducing unnecessary water use.
